2008 Year End Elections Meeting Notes:

The year end meeting concluded last night.  We had 10 members attend to hash out any rule changes and the new tournament schedule for 2009.  We also elected new officials for the 2009 season.  Our new club president position is filled automatically by the previous years Vice President as stated in the club's rules. 

Attendees: Jerry White, John Gorham, Rob Huston, Ed Gavin, Bob Wright, David Sullivan, Brandon Sullivan, Bobby Didier, Kevin Carter, and Beau Schmid.

• New Rule Changes:

• no guests can be brought in a paper tournament

• the club will have a monthly meeting on the Wednesday before each tournament at Sportsman's Warehouse at 7pm

• the draw for each tournament will be done at the monthly meeting

• Elections:

• President - Kevin Carter

• Vice President - David Sullivan

• Secretary - TBD

• Tournament Director - Brandon Sullivan
