Usually Quail Creek in mid April is a bed fishing, big fish fest.  But today was not that.  It was extremely tough fishing out there today.  The water was around 51 at launch and around 54 at weigh-ins.  Which lead to a very slow day on the water.  Only one limit was caught and no fish in the 5lb range like usual.  1st Place and Big Fish Award went to the team of Mike Rennie and Charles Ward with 15 lbs and 5 ozs.  Their big fish was 4 lbs 12 ozs.  2nd Place went to Greg Wilson and Richard Rouleau with 11 lbs and 11 ozs.  3rd Place and 2nd Big Fish went to Duane Pearson and Bobby Didier with 11 lbs 1 oz.  Their big fish was 4 lbs 4 ozs.
