Once again Sand Hollow in February did not disappoint.  It was a beautiful day with water temps in the 41-45 range with very little wind and got warm in the afternoon.  This lake is getting better every year and this year Kyle Richins and Tyler Vanderhorst proved that with a winning sack of 20lbs 7oz!  They also took home the Big Fish award with a great 6lb 5oz largemouth....WOW!  Nice work guys.  2nd place was a tie with 14lbs, but the team of John Gorham and Joe Dalton got the tie-breaker with a nice 5lb 4oz beauty.  3rd place went to Joe Johnson and Nate Breinholt, who had a big fish of 4lbs 11oz.  2nd Big Fish went to Rob Huston and Richard Rouleau with a nice 5lb 5oz lunker.  Great way to start off the 2009 season for sure.  Let's get everyone out to Lake Mead next month!!
